Notre deuxi\u00e8me repas \u00e0 Venise<\/a> a eu lieu au Ristorante Vecia Cav\u00e0na, une ancienne remise \u00e0 bateaux r\u00e9nov\u00e9e pr\u00e8s du Campo Santi Apostoli et du Ca\u2019d\u2019Oro, proposant des plats de poisson et de fruits de mer ainsi qu\u2019une cuisine sans gluten. Comme mentionn\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t, le gluten ne pose pas probl\u00e8me en Italie, j’ai donc opt\u00e9 pour les p\u00e2tes fraiches et j’ai appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 chaque bouch\u00e9e sans aucune cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n\n

Le Ristorante Vecia Cav\u00e0na dispose d\u2019une belle terrasse \u00e0 l\u2019avant et sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9, mais l\u2019air \u00e9tait un peu trop frais, alors nous avons choisi de nous asseoir \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. On nous a attribu\u00e9 une charmante table pr\u00e8s de la fen\u00eatre, dans un coin. \u00c0 notre grand d\u00e9sarroi, un grand groupe de touristes a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de nous et a fait tellement de bruit que cela a un peu g\u00e2ch\u00e9 l\u2019ambiance. Heureusement, la nourriture valait largement l’inconv\u00e9nient. Oh, et ils ont pay\u00e9 notre d\u00e9sert pour compenser le bruit.<\/p>\n\n

Le Ristorante Vecia Cav\u00e0na propose un bon choix d\u2019antipasti. Nous avons. choisi tous les deux le Cuore di Carciofo, Mozzarella e Tartufo Scorzon<\/em><\/strong>: coeur d’artichaut grill\u00e9 avec mozzarella et tranches de truffe noire. Si vous aimez la truffe noire, c\u2019est un incontournable.<\/p>\n\n

Danielle a choisi les Tagliolini all Ortolano<\/em><\/strong>, compos\u00e9s de p\u00e2tes aux \u0153ufs et de l\u00e9gumes frais de saison, d’un soup\u00e7on d’ail, de vin blanc, de muscade, d’un soup\u00e7on de citron et saupoudr\u00e9s de fromage pecorino. Un plat estival rafra\u00eechissant. <\/p>\n\n

Je choisi lePaccheri di Gragnano with wild duck ragout:<\/strong><\/em> de grosses nouilles en tube c\u00f4tel\u00e9es artisanales originaires de Naples dont le nom en dialecte napolitain signifie \u00ab gifle \u00bb. Ils \u00e9taient servis avec une sauce rag\u00f9 de canard sauvage riche et savoureuse. Riche et tr\u00e8s savoureux. Un de mes favoris de notre voyage. <\/p>\n\n

Secondi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Venise est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses poissons et fruits de mer frais, p\u00each\u00e9s localement dans la lagune v\u00e9nitienne. Cela se refl\u00e8te d\u2019ailleurs dans le menu du Ristorante Vecia Cav\u00e0na. Nous avons tous deux choisi la Grigliata mista di pesce, un d\u00e9licieux assortiment de scampi, de bar, de thon et de daurade, accompagn\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s vari\u00e9s. Un plat simple mais savoureux, joliment pr\u00e9sent\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n

Notre vin a \u00e9t\u00e9 recommand\u00e9 par le sommelier du Ristorante Vecia Cav\u00e0na. Un merveilleux Fruili Colli Orientali DOC by Livio Falluga<\/a> (92 points selon Jame Suckling). Nous avons appris que Fallouga est l’un des producteurs les plus respect\u00e9s du Frioul, issu de la commune de Cormons, dans le nord-est de l’Italie. Un excellent choix, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement min\u00e9ral avec une touche de p\u00eache et de muscade, qui s\u2019accordait parfaitement avec notre repas.<\/p>\n\n
