Le restaurant est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour son menu merveilleux et frais, comprenant des plats comme le tartare et les tagliatelles al rag\u00f9 maison. <\/p>\n\n

L’Osteria da Trombicche n’a rien de conventionnel<\/h2>\n\n

Tout dans le restaurant est \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9clectique\u00a0\u00bb, y compris le v\u00e9lo vintage suspendu au plafond de la salle \u00e0 manger. Les chaises en bois avec assise tiss\u00e9e \u00e9taient confortables. Les tables en bois \u00e9l\u00e9gant avec un dessus en marbre \u00e9taient partiellement recouvertes d’une \u00ab\u00a0nappe\u00a0\u00bb en papier brut. Le bar \u00e9tait simplement \u00e9l\u00e9gant et les clients \u00e9taient accueillis par une grande vitrine contenant une s\u00e9lection de charcuteries. <\/p>\n\n

Le restaurant se compose de deux petites salles \u00e0 manger. La premi\u00e8re, o\u00f9 nous avons mang\u00e9, contient une demi-douzaine de tables ainsi qu’un bar. La seconde, encore plus petite, contient quatre tables et la cuisine ouverte o\u00f9 l’on peut voir la petite \u00e9quipe pr\u00e9parer les excellents repas. Deux des tables sont situ\u00e9es pr\u00e8s d’une grande fen\u00eatre donnant sur la rue. Nous \u00e9tions assis dans la premi\u00e8re salle \u00e0 manger et avons pleinement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 notre exp\u00e9rience. <\/p>\n\n

Une approche originale pour une excellente carte des vins<\/h2>\n\n

L’un des points forts de ce restaurant est sa carte des vins. La carte des vins de l’Osteria da Trombicce est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 un mur de vins, avec des bouteilles expos\u00e9es sur des \u00e9tag\u00e8res fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de caisses \u00e0 vin dispos\u00e9es en diff\u00e9rentes formes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques.<\/p>\n\n

Tout y respire l’inhabituel. Les vins sont class\u00e9s par r\u00e9gion et les prix sont indiqu\u00e9s directement sur les bouteilles. En haut de la bouteille, le prix pour consommer sur place. En bas, un prix l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur pour emporter. Je crois que l’esth\u00e9tique de la bouteille de vin et de l’\u00e9tiquette a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en compte dans la s\u00e9lection expos\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n

Notre choix de vin<\/h2>\n\n

Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour le Fonterenza Rosso di Montalcino 2019, un vin rouge r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour ses ar\u00f4mes intenses et complexes. Il pr\u00e9sente des notes de fruits rouges, prunes, \u00e9pices bois\u00e9es, terre humide et nuances balsamiques. <\/p>\n\n

Ce vin offre un m\u00e9lange de baies fonc\u00e9es m\u00fbres, violettes, cuir neuf et notes balsamiques comme le camphre, cr\u00e9ant un vin rouge terrestre et d\u00e9licieux. Il est d\u00e9crit comme doux, structur\u00e9 et juteux, en faisant un choix savoureux pour les amateurs de vin. <\/p>\n\n

Produit par Fonterenza Soc. Agricola Semplice en Toscane, Italie, ce vin est principalement \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du c\u00e9page Sangiovese et vieilli pendant 22 mois en grands f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane, mettant en valeur ses caract\u00e9ristiques cors\u00e9es et dignes de vieillissement. <\/p>\n\n

Un repas merveilleux<\/h2>\n\n

Nous avons commenc\u00e9 avec les primi : p\u00e2tes noires aux seiches avec tomate fra\u00eeche et mascarpone. Cette combinaison riche et cr\u00e9meuse a parfaitement compl\u00e9t\u00e9 les d\u00e9licieuses p\u00e2tes. <\/p>\n\n

Pour le plat principal (Secondi), Danielle a choisi la Melanzane Parmigiana – un parmesan d’aubergines – et a \u00e9t\u00e9 simplement ravie. Pour ma part, j’ai opt\u00e9 pour la Tagliata di controfiletto con patate et j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 pleinement satisfait de mon choix ; cuisin\u00e9e saignante comme je l’aime. C’\u00e9tait fondant en bouche. D\u00e9licieux. <\/p>\n\n
